Terrace: A “Natural” Urban Lifestyle

Terrace, a dynamic city in the heart of Northwestern British Columbia. Set in the scenic Skeena River Valley at a confluence of several rivers, Terrace is surrounded by majestic mountains and green forests. The airport accommodates 3 airlines, consisting of Air Canada, Central Mountain Air, and Hawkair and combined they offer various flights daily arriving into the Terrace-Kitimat Airport so the world is never far away. Advanced education is close at hand with the Northwest Community College offering diploma programs as well as University Credit courses. Or you can get your degree through the University of Northern BC, which maintains a satellite campus here. The city is also a centre for modern communications services such as high speed internet via Cable and ADSL.
