If the arts and culture are your thing Terrace is has a well developed community with a focus on the Arts. Artists of all disciplines form a thriving arts community centred around such institutions as the Terrace Art Gallery, The R.E.M. Lee Theatre and the Terrace Little Theatre. Terrace Little Theatre is BC’s longest continuously running amateur theatre. Many of the areas artisans find a home at the bustling Farmer’s Market, a vibrant community gathering each Saturday morning from May through September. Terrace is also home to a large First Nations community giving you a chance to learn from and interact with a culture that has called this place home for over 10,000 years.
